Terms of Service

By using Debatica you agree to these terms. They are short on purpose.

The service

Debatica sends your question to AI models you select, lets them critique each other, and has a judge summarize the result. It is an early product and may change, break, or be unavailable at times.

Your API keys and bills

Debatica uses your own provider API keys. You are responsible for any charges your providers bill for those calls, and for following each provider's terms. Usage and cost figures shown in Debatica are estimates.

Acceptable use

Use Debatica only for lawful purposes. Do not use it to break the law, infringe others' rights, or abuse the service or the AI providers.

Public share links

If you make a debate public, anyone with the link can view it. Do not share anything you want kept private.

AI output

AI answers can be wrong, incomplete, or biased. Check important information before relying on it.

No warranty

Debatica is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential losses, or for charges from your AI providers.

Ending use

You can stop using Debatica at any time and ask us to delete your account. We may suspend accounts that misuse the service.
